Have been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years with a wide range of experience in the secondary market from residential, commercial to industrial. Also have a wide range of experience in relocation of expatriate and offices. Starting working for a big real estate company to learn the rope about the industry and has been exposed to all aspect of the secondary market. Have been giving training to new negotiator about relocation of expatriate.

L C Ho

PRINCIPAL, POLYGON

L C Ho graduated from UKM with an Economics Degree (Hons) and has been in the real estate industry for 18 years. Prior to that, she was working with Hong Leong Finance for 8 years. During her years in real estate, she has transacted more than 150 properties in Klang Valley. Besides, doing sales, she also bought some properties as investment. She was a team leader and Manager before she joined Polygon Properties Sdn Bhd as a Director.

Derek Soh

Having graduated from University of Surry, UK with a master degree in MSc (Hons) International Business Management, Derek Soh is now managing several companies across real estate industry, including interior design & build, lighting, cafe, asset management companies, and leading property agent team. With 9 years of experience in real estate industry, Derek Soh has started with outstanding personal achievement as top achiever of sales in subsales and project marketing, then he started to lead in 2012 which his team become on of the top in the current industry.

CJ Hah

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, CJ accumulate 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. CJ invest numbers of properties in real estate and provide professional advice to investors. CJ equipped with a wealth of experience in the primary market by helping the top 10 developers in Malaysia to market their projects in Klang Valley, Penang, Melaka and Kota Kinabalu. Her involvement with these projects include price setting, marketing planning, strategy, promotion packages for launching, and conducting market studies and analysis.
